CEG advises on eyewear merger clearance

CEG Partners Nils von Hinten Reed and Paul Reynolds advised Salans law firm on the unconditional clearance of the Invoptic SA /JZO Sp z.o.o transaction involving eyewear after an in-depth investigation by the Polish Competition Authority.  The merger assessment included geographic market definition,  vertical and horizontal competitive issues.
